An FC6 (Leica Microsystems) cryo ultramicrotome is available that is equipped with a charging unit (Haug) to allow optimal sectioning and section attachment to the grid. The machine is located in a room with controlled temperature and humidity and thus offers optimal conditions for vitreous sectioning (CEMOVIS).
